How to Use EaseUS Todo PCTrans to Transfer Data and Applications

• PC to PC: This feature allows you to connect two PCs on the same LAN and transfer applications, files or accounts between them.
• Backup & Restore: This feature allows you to backup applications, files or accounts on one PC and restore them on another PC via image files.
• App Migration: This feature allows you to transfer applications from one partition to another on the same PC.

How to Use EaseUS Todo PCTrans?

To use EaseUS Todo PCTrans, you need to download and install it on both the source PC and the target PC. You can choose the free version, the trial version or the full version according to your needs. The free version allows you to transfer up to 500MB of data and two applications per transfer. The trial version allows you to transfer up to 2GB of data and unlimited applications per transfer. The full version allows you to transfer unlimited data and applications per transfer.

After installing EaseUS Todo PCTrans, you can follow these steps to perform different types of transfers:

Transfer Via Network Connection

1. Run EaseUS Todo PCTrans on both PCs involved in the transfer. Then select PC to PC.
2. The software will list the computers with EaseUS Todo PCTrans running. Select the computer you want to connect. You may need to enter the username and password of the target PC.
3. After setting the transfer direction, select the specific applications, files or accounts to migrate by clicking the Edit button. You can also choose to transfer user settings and system settings by checking the boxes at the bottom.
4. Click Transfer to begin the transfer. Wait for the process to complete and restart both PCs if needed.

Transfer Via an Image File

1. Run EaseUS Todo PCTrans and select Backup & Restore.
2. Select Data Backup. Choose to backup data of applications, files or accounts on the current PC.
3. Specify a location to store the image file in and select the applications, files or accounts to include in this file. Then click Backup to create the file.
4. Copy the image file to the target PC via an external storage device or a network share.
5. Run EaseUS Todo PCTrans on the target PC. Select Backup & Restore, then click Data Restore, and choose the image file according to the time.
6. Select the specific applications, files or accounts to restore by clicking the Edit button. You can also choose to restore user settings and system settings by checking the boxes at the bottom.
7. Click Restore to begin the restore. Wait for the process to complete and restart both PCs if needed.

Transfer Local Applications

1. Run EaseUS Todo PCTrans and choose App Migration.
2. Select applications from one partition and specify a destination partition to move them into. Then click Transfer to start the migration.
3. Wait for the process to complete and restart your PC if needed.
