Step 1: Generate and download the registration file
On the computer where you have installed Ncomputing Vspace, open the Vspace Manager and click on Offline Registration. Review and accept the Vspace Pro Software offline registration policy before you proceed.
You will see a screen that shows your Vspace Manager ID and a button to generate the registration file. Click on the button and save the file as vSpaceRegistration.oof on a USB drive or other removable media.
Step 2: Upload the registration file to Ncomputing Management Portal

Using another computer that has an internet connection, go to www.ncomputing.com and log in to your Ncomputing account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free.
After you have logged in, click on the Management Portal icon on the home page. This will open the Ncomputing Management Portal screen.
Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on Offline Licensing. This page allows you to upload your registration file, download a license file, and unregister an existing offline Vspace Manager.
Click on Upload Registration File and browse to the vSpaceRegistration.oof file that you saved on your USB drive. Click on Upload and wait for the confirmation message.
Step 3: Download the license file

After you have uploaded your registration file, you will see a list of your offline Vspace Managers and their status. You will also see a button to download the license file for each Vspace Manager.
Click on Download License File and save the file as licenseServerData.lic on your USB drive or other removable media.
Step 4: Import the license file

Go back to the computer where you have installed Ncomputing Vspace and open the Vspace Manager. Click on Offline Registration again and then click on Import License File.
Browse to the licenseServerData.lic file that you saved on your USB drive and click on Import. You will see a confirmation message that your Vspace Manager is registered offline.
