6. Fill in the details of the service such as date, time, place, provider, etc.
7. Tap on the option “Save” to save the data entry.
8. You can also edit or delete any data entry by tapping on the “Edit” or “Delete” icon next to it.

1. From the dashboard, tap on the option “Reports”.
2. Select the category of beneficiary you want to generate report for: pregnant woman, lactating mother or child.
3. Select the indicator you want to generate report for: weight-for-age, height-for-age, anemia prevalence, immunization coverage, etc.
4. Select the time period you want to generate report for: monthly, quarterly or yearly.
5. You will see a graphical or tabular representation of the report with various details such as number of beneficiaries, percentage of achievement, comparison with previous period, etc.
6. You can also filter the report by location such as state, district or block by tapping on the “Filter” icon.
7. You can also export or share the report by tapping on the “Export” or “Share” icon.
